Creating a Dotted Line

This tutorial shows u how to make this.
1. Choose one of the default circle brushes.
2. Open the brush palette [Window > Brushes], go to Brush Tip Shape and change the spacing between 100%-170%:

3. And just "paint" whatever you want (:
